Our story

Itzik Yarkoni spent years living in Sderot where rocket attacks from the Gaza Strip were, and continue to be, a daily occurrence. Frustrated by the scant and skewed media coverage of his reality in Sderot Itzik wanted the public to hear his and his neighbors’ stories. He then worked at Sderot Media Center focusing on sharing these events through a strategic storytelling model. The impact of these experiences and the success of the storytelling model inspired Itzik to create BOMAH and enable others to use storytelling share experiences and visions for their community, their business, or their personal lives.

BOMAH functions on the strong belief that by using social media venues to share personal stories, we can connect with, impact and educate our communities while becoming empowered individuals.

That belief has been proven successful and our strategy has expanded beyond the scope of Israel. Now, we have grown to enabling entrepreneurs and individuals to use social media to share their brand with the world.
